The camera does not work
Steps to Reproduce
1) Tap on the Camera icon on the Home screen to launch the camera
2) Notice the app opens but the camera does not work. It shows a blue loading icon for some seconds, then the usual black display but tapping the camera icon nothing happens
Expected Results
Tapping on the Camera icon on the Home screen should launch the camera

Reproduction Frequency: 100% Seems a new issue, it always worked before
