steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/sleep-time/ratings from the apps details page
2. Click on 'Edit your review'
3. Notice that the Edit form opens in a modal
4. Hit the back button on the browser


expected behavior:
The modal is dismissed when the user navigates to a different page


actual behavior:
The modal persists
