Description: Browser's URL bar has the ability to be collapsed/minimized when swiped up. This ability is lost when browsing the Firefox Products page, which is the first default Top Sites on Browser. Correct. If the website has an inner scrollable frame, and the initial height of the website is not taller than the viewport, we do not collapse the rocketbar. We do have a bug to allow for users to manually collapse/expand the rocketbar, though this would not be with scrolling. This is currently working as intended.
