1126868 - Wrong label is listed when user hover over the “Display as” buttons

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev homepage https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Click the “New” tab from the menu
3. Hover over the “Display as” buttons

Expected results:
Different labels appear when user hover over the “Display as” buttons.

Actual results:
When user hover over any of the two buttons, the same label is displayed (“Expand”)

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF38 (Win 7).

It's all one button (even though it slightly appears as two). Changed the hover text to better reflect that in any case.

Appreciate the fast response but our server takes up to 10mins to deploy any changes we make. Try again.

Verified as fixed on MP-dev on FF38 (Win 7).
