112687 - DOS window flashes when installer is launched from CD Autorun screen

Clicking on Netscape 6.x button on CD Aurorun screen causes a command prompt
window to flash briefly before Setup dialog shows up. This should be hidden in
consistency with bug 96732. 
Observed in CCK 6.2/6.2.1 blds.

If this is the only place changedir.bat was used, then we should remove it from 
the build. I do see a reference in cckcd\shell\nsetup32\rshell.ini but maybe we 
don't use that file any more?

As far as I know we don't use the file cckcd\shell\nsetup32\rshell.ini since it 
is in the mozilla tree. May be it was used earlier to customize mozilla browser 
or for the CCK stub installer. Not sure though, thats why I commented out the 
line instead of deleting it.
