This one is very weird, so I don't know exactly how to categorise this. Still,
it's entirely reproducable on release 0.9.6 (2001112009, running on WinME):
- go to any page with more than on link on it
- click on a link
- immediately right-click on another link to bring up the context menu
- select "Show only this frame"
Something very strange happens: the browser window tries to display the current
frame. Since the frame no longer exists, it seems to take
chrome://navigator/content/navigator.xul
This results in a browser (including toolbar) opening inside the page. It looks
strange (see attachment) and can be nested so there's multiple layers...

One thing I forgot to mention: the page visited must actually contain frames.
Oh, you can get the exact same effect by choosing "Open Web location" and
telling Mozilla to open chrome://navigator/content/navigator.xul

And yes, there's one error:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code:
0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIWebNavigation.sessionHistory]" nsresult:
"0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame ::
chrome://navigator/content/navigator.js :: Startup :: line 341" data: no]
I get the same error when opening the chrome URL directly.
