I believe this is a request to have the canvas documentation translated into Russian. I'm not sure who is leading the community localization effort for Russian right now, but you may find some useful username references on this page:

Fundamentally, the problem is that translated Canvas pages are not linked to their en-US pages (due to the loss of them a few years ago), coupled of a wrong slug (that can be solved with a page move).

Florian, I wonder if this has been fixed when you rewrote the en-US version of Canvas API earlier this year. Can you confim/infirm?
