I think this has to do with the HTML edit fields not being redrawn properly on
certain events. Try this:

1) go to Editor and open "Insert Table" dialog
2) double-click the first edit field ("number of rows") to select all the text
in the edit box.
3) repeat for all the other fields. Notice that the "selected/highlighted text"
does not go away for each edit box.
4) For more fun, resize the form to a width of at least 20 pixels and then make
it wide again. Notice the borders on the edit controls are fuzzy. Yet more proof
that the controls aren't being painted properly.

dup.  Focus and blur are doing the right thing, but the edit fields are not
repainting the selection to give visual feedback.
