Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev homepage https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org
2. Open details page for an app with reviews
3. Go to reviews section and click “Read all reviews” button
4. Set browser width under 1000px
Expected results:
All reviews are listed. There are two “Back to <<app_name>>” links.
Actual results:
“Back to <<app_name>>” links are not displayed.

Verified on FF38 (Win 7).
