User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20150108202552 Steps to reproduce: * Optional: Visit https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/register and register an account. Make sure to choose a username that does not contain the "@" character. * Visit https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/login * Try to log in with email address "username" and password "password", or the username and password from registration. Actual results: Error message: Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive. Expected results: Error message: Make sure to use your email address for login, not your username. Bonus if the login submission would be suppressed (if JS is enabled) and the error is displayed without transmitting the password.
On another note: If you try to log in with email address "user@host.tld" and password "password", the error message still asks for a username, but there is no username field in the login form.
