1127493 - Share Panel "Pick a service" screen needs to be redesigned to fit new panel format

Recently we extended and fixed the width of the Share Panel in order to account for the dynamically changing width.

As such, the "Pick a service" screen now looks awkwardly small: http://cl.ly/image/1t2s2H2x1C1c

Let's redesign this to better fit into the panel.

Restrictions, we can't change the strings above or below the icons...just the part in the middle.

Suggestions: Add more icons, or possible text labels.

Sorry for the silence. The reason was that the share panel intersects heavily with the work being done on task continuity right now. Until that is resolved (which should be soon), it makes sense to put this on hold.

SocialAPI was removed from Firefox 57 and is no longer available in any current release.
