Description:
In Settings > Sim Security the SIM PIN text fields are selectable, but only the Select All bubble shows up.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150129010239
2) Go to Settings > Sim Security
3) Toggle on Sim 1 PIN
4) After typing some numbers into the text field long press on the text box

Actual:
The text box is selectable but only the select all option is given - after selecting the select all option the option is still present.

Expected:
Either 
A) I would not expect copy / paste to work on password / SIM PIN fields  -or-
B) If it were to work, I would expect the other options to be present (copy, paste, cut)

We allow "Select All" and "Paste" in password input but the select all option is still present after selecting text. This is not expected. Add developer for more information.

This is expected behavior, please refer to spec p10  https://bug1023688.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8548761

User can't copy the text in the password field but is able to paste password into it. Select all appears is to let user deleting old password easily and paste with the new one.
