Description:
When the user enables 'auto-adjust' for their brightness settings, they will hide the brightness slider on that UI. If the user leaves and re-enters Display while in Settings, they will not see the brightness slider. However, if they close Settings then re-open and transitioin to Display they will catch a brief moment of the brightness slider being loaded.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150129010239
2) Open the 'Settings' app.
3) Open 'Display'.
4) Enable 'Auto-Adjust'; observe Brightness slider dismissal.
5) Close the 'Settings' app.
6) Open the 'Settings' app.
7) Open 'Display'.
8) Observe UI while opening 'Display'.

Actual:
Brightness slider is shown briefly when entering Display with 'Auto-Adjust' enabled.

Expected:
Brightness slider is not revealed when 'Auto-Adjust' is enabled.
