In firefox version 35.0.1 the <input type="number /> doesn't render the spinners correctly in Windows Server 2012.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20150122214805 Steps to reproduce: Make a simple html5 page. Add html element <input type="number" /> See the attached example. Actual results: Load this page in Windows Server 2012 (x64) environment. The spinners are not rendered correctly. In windows 8.1 (x64) environment it is correct. Expected results: It should rendered correctly.
