1127805 - Edit review link does not work in Reviews page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to MP-dev on your Inari device (FFOS 1.4) with an admin account
2. Go to details page of an app with reviews
3. Click “Read all reviews” button
4. Click “Edit” link

Expected results:
An edit review pop-up windows is displayed.

Actual results:
The message “Oh no! An error occurred” is displayed.

Notes/Issues:
This issue is reproducing in MP-dev on Android (4.2.1) and FFOS 2.1 (Flame). Issue is not reproducing on MP-dev (Win 7).
Verified on FFOS 1.4 (Inari)

I hid the Edit Review link for admins. From the code, I don't think we had that before.

Fixed the edit page from the review actions links.

Verified as fixed on FFOS 1.4 (Inari).
