When going to the supplied URL my browser reproducibly got stuck in a hard loop.
 A glance at top looked like the program wasn't consuming any more memory, but
it did not respond to any more queries.  The first time this happened, it
managed to crash the browser after ten seconds.  I wanted to try and reproduce
it before sending a bug report, but I could not reproduce the crash, just the
infinite loop.  Sorry.

Both times when this occured, I had my history window open.

confirming on Win2k using build 2001112903. Wouldn't but made Win2k crawling
like never.

site returns a 404 error page with two frames, and the urls in those frames lead
to 404s so we get an inifinte frameset recursion.  Duplicate, but I can't find
the original.

bug 8065 may be what you're thinking of? marked fixed in February 2001.
