From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.6+) Gecko/20011128 BuildID: 2001112803 New mail filtered to trash generates a 'New Mail' notifcation beep and 'New Mail arrow' in component bar. When a mail filter is set to send some mail to trash then the user wants it gone and never to bother them, especially they don't want a new mail 'ping' since that's why they filtered it to trash in the first place. Neither do they want to see that they have new mail visually in the component bar. This bug could well be related to bug 104029 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup a filter to delete mail 2. send some mail that matches the filter 3. check mail 4. 'ping'
