I've verified stage.  Please go ahead and create the stack for prod and I'll pre-verify with elb.

Waiting on reply from Alexis and the weekend to be behind us to switch over DNS to do final testing.

Make that 0.15.3.
loop-server 0.15.4 has a few minor fixes to add metrics and is already verified on stage, so we're going to skip uplifiting 0.15.3 in favor of 0.15.4
