Matt does this workaround work for you and can this bug be closed as WFM?
Wayne sent me a list of calendar bugs to check on and this was one of them.
No Walt, we need to have the page setup menu item enabled when in the calendar view. That should not be rocket science I would not have thought.
This is combined with an app menu on the tasks tab that disables both print preview and page setup and a missing app menu from Calendar tab.
Perhaps I should file bugs for those defects as well. But for now, I will add this to the integration bug, as integration should be seamless.

This bug should be fixed, but since it pre-existed the integration of the Lightning add-on into Thunderbird, it shouldn't be a blocker for resolution of bug 1493008.
Without looking into it further, it's hard for me to tell what exactly the fix for this includes. All of these or just some?
- in calendar tab the page setup menu item should be enabled
- in tasks tab the print preview and page setup options in the app menu should be enabled
- anything else? ("missing app menu" in calendar tab?)

This is works as expected in Thunderbird 91 and later. The print preview is updated on the second page of the print dialog when changing the orientation (potrait or landscape). Resolving as WORKSFORME.
