1128520 - Missing comment box - ROM motivation

Looking back at the ROM process we had the etherpad place where beside the name we would have added reasons why the reps should be the best of that month. From experience it wasn't only last month and also not only from reps reports ( you might be surprise that some reps do not add reports - yes, sarcasm mode is on)

My question - as we skipping this process and will let people vote the reps only bases on reports?

Alternatives will be to create a comment box where the mentors can add their reasons and after maybe adding these comments int he voting description? Or you guys might have better looking solutions.

I would suggest to use the commenting system in the voting app for this. For example mentors could comment when they are voting, why the choose a specific mentee. This process seems to work fine for the Council group and the budget requests. Thoughts?

The problem with that is that you won't know about why a Rep is a good candidate unless someone votes for him.

It would be nice to have on the voting page why each Rep was nominated, so you can read and decide who to vote.

I can try to work on that but where is the interface for the rom process? 
I am only a reps in the official portal so iI can't have access to that while in development environment I am an admin but I cannot find a page for that to try.

Danielle - there is only one button under each reps profile activated between 1st and 10th of each month. Pressing that button should generate this. 

@Tasos can you point him to the actual code?

I can try to work on it but I have 3 pull requests in queue (1 that fix a bug that was closed because someone said that there are plan for a new portal) available since an year on the repo and I want to see that my code is useful else I prefer to work on other projects.

In any case I need to understand how works the feature because I am not a council member and I have no idea what is the workflow of a new ROM on the actual portal.
