Build is from around 1am on Nov 30, 2001 off the tip.
I've seen some combo boxes pop up where the popup window is offset -y about 15
pixels. It's not 100% reproducable but I've seen it at least in bugzilla at
least once.

I can reproduce it every time:
Click on "Create a New Attachment" and then open the listbox containing the
mimetypes. The list always appears below the "Enter manually" input field.
It doesn"t happen if the links is opened in a new tab.
