Text zooming sometimes corrupts the background colour, adding white borders
around page elements.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www-users.york.ac.uk/~mdr103/zoom-test.html
2. View->Text Zoom->200% (say)


Actual Results:  Page background changes from blue to white except around some text.

Expected Results:  The background should remain blue.
