The result seems to be similar to bug 1109315, but was not seeing this when bug 1109315 landed. 

This issue seemed to show up later. I think it started to show up last week, saw it on Friday, Jan 30, and see it today with a fresh pvt build flash of latest flame-kk/mozilla-central/Engineer/images flash on a flame device.

For the email app, steps are the same for bug1109315:

* Tap on menu button in upper left
* Tap on account to show account settings

The content from the folder list is visible during the transition, then the account settings flash in after that.

In the Settings app, items like Call Settings and "Cellular & Data", when tapping on them, show some white color rectangles for the content that is being translated in the new card, then a flash and the final content is painted in.

Closing this as a duplicate of bug 1128810 as QA is logging more information in that other bug.
