We recently made bg-color a required field at https://marketplace.firefox.com/curate/manage/collections/back-to-school which broke all the existing collections in prod. All these apps now show only one app in the details page even though they have more apps in them

If we're going to make a background color required, then white needs to be an option. But making white an option makes the promo collection weird.
