1129165 - Can't click to position cursor in search box while menu is up

There's a weird behavior with the search box that has a couple of different fallouts:

1. Type "nice things" in the search box.
2. The search engine dropdown drops down.
3. Click after "nice". The insertion point doesn't reposition. It should. All that happens is that the dropdown disappears.

1. Type "nice other things" in the search box.
2. Double-click a word as if to start a double-click-and-drag word-based selection.
3. Your double click doesn't register. Half of it gets eaten by the dropdown either hiding or showing.

Suggestion: put a close button on the dropdown. Don't redefine clicking on the search box to mean "close the dropdown". That should fix both of my scenarios as well as others involving the dropdown strobing during heavy editing of search text.

Never mind; it works in 38 Nightly.
