Steps To reproduce:
1. Open e10s window
2. Start Magnifier in Docked mode ( %windir%\system32\magnify.exe )
Setting: Off "Follow the mouse pointer"
On "Follow the keyboard focus"
On "Have Magnifier follow the text insertion point"
3. Open and webpage (e.g. https://developer.mozilla.org/En/Code_snippets)
4. Press tab key several times to focus an element of the web page
Actual Results:
Magnifier displays somewhere else
Expected Results:
Magnifier should display an element

I get prompted to disable due to an accessibility tool when I launch this on win7. Are you seeing that Alice?
