Build ID: 20150122214805
Steps to reproduce:
When trying to save or upload a file
Actual results:
There is an entry(ies) in the file dialog box where files are classified as having No Date (see graphics in NoDateFirefoxSaveDialogBox.tiff)
Expected results:
The files in the browser window should all have dates. When I look in the same folder in finder they all have dates and are date sorted.

works for me with FF35 on OSX10.9.5
The problem happened when I added new files - the No Date files were recently created. See what happens after you create new files and then view the same dialog box as above.

I am using FF36.0.1 on OSX10.10.2
For me the problem will go away for a day or so after I restart Firefox. After a restart, even the files that previously showed as "No Date" are now sorted properly in the file browsing dialog. When the problem reappears, subsequently saved files are listed as No Date. So, if your Firefox has only been running for less than a day, you may not be able to see this bug in action.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Hi Tom,
Just verified your issue on latest Firefox release (43.0.3) and on latest Nightly build (46.0a1-20151230030234) using Mac OS X 10.9.5 and all the downloaded files have date. Even if I moved or created new files on the download directory, I did not encountered any date issue.
Can you please verify if this reproduces on your end using the latest Firefox release or latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report the results ? When doing this, please use a clean new Firefox profile or even safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems).
Thanks,
Paul

Considering the fact that I cannot reproduce this and that the reporter did not answered to my request until now, I will mark the issue as Resolved - Worksforme. If you can still reproduce this, please feel free to reopen it and provide any additional information you have on this.
Thanks,
Paul.
