Details
often times it's difficult or impossible to inspect certain dialogs since they
are modal and are not "targetable" by dom inspector.
It would be great if there was a way to see all the files in a "package" As a
way to discover the correct chrome:// url to use to inspect certain hard to
find popups/dialogs, etc.
for instance say I wanted to see all the files that existed in a package in
the same location as chrome://global/locale/intl.css I could type that in
somewhere and choose "browse package" and see all the other files in
that location.

I'm not sure what you mean by "package" but this sounds a lot like bug 110518.

According to my interpretation of the bug report, the primary cause for wanting
this feature (inspecting modals didn't work) has already been fixed in the 1.0
time frame (I don't remember the bug #).
On top of that, I don't think a package inspector belongs in a DOM Inspector.
Although it does sounds like an intriguing extension that someone could write.
Thus, WONTFIX.
