Right clicking on a playing YouTube Video (HTML5) and selecting "Get video URL" / "Get video URL at current time" / "Get embed code" from the context menu doesn't copy anything into the clipboard. 

Instead a dialog box with a URL pops up in the middle of the video player. 

100% reproducible on Nightly (HTML5 video), both on e10s and non-e10s. Bug 1092703 related?
Turns out JS can't put stuff into the clipboard. The URL shown in the box that pops up is still incorrect for "video URL at current time" but I think that's a website issue.
