Tests run and everything passes normally, but the harness hangs when terminating.

I'm not seeing this when running tests individually, or together with all perf tests. Also, the only thing unique about these tests are listening to `PerformanceController.on(EVENTS.RECORDING_STARTED, onStart);`, which will be removed in bug 1128859 (instead using the recording model rather than event args), so this may fix it. Unless there's some other difference between our environments that would cause this to fail for you and not me
