Steps to reproduce:

Select part of a message (either from the message list or when the message is open).
Click on Forward.


Actual results:

A new message window is opened with the entire message copied.


Expected results:

This behaviour is inconsistent with that of the Reply button. If you select part of a message and click on Reply, it creates a new message with only the selected part of the message. This should happen for Forward too.
