1130006 - Need Zenko reporting for Mozilla Tiles

Need to see the data for each Mozilla tile running. 

Data report needs to include:

Mozilla Tile (time resolution = Nov 10 - present)
     Total impressions, clicks, CTR, pins, blocks
     Per Country total impressions, clicks, ctr, pins, blocks

Nice to have (if you have time, if not I need the required above) data includes:
Locale/Language = total impressions, clicks, ctr, pins, blocks per tile, per language, per country

It is 90% resolved though I haven't included country yet. Here's the commit that allows basic data and selection:

This was pretty damn hard so I gave it 13 points. There's no client or campaign table so it basically now has a ton of custom rules and an extra cache for mozilla stuff that essentially acts as a temporary table.
