We don't need to install flashplugin right now for firefox-ui-tests.

Summary: Remove flashplugin install from .travis.yml → Restore flashplugin install to .travis.yml
Since we don't need to install flashplugin now, I'm removing it as I update .travis.yml for multi-os, in Bug 1125739 We will want to add back the flashplugin again later.

We will go away from Travis once we move in mozilla-central. So no need for this bug anymore.
