The distance between lines does not increase as quickly as font size. Large font text lines merge into each other. To reproduce, go the the URL supplied and do a Text/Zoom a few times. The text will become large and unreadable.

Reporter: Please always specify which Build ID you are using. Ugly indeed already at low zoom levels. Increasing to 300% renders the text completely unreadable.

I see this too, win98SE, 2001112903 A quick skim of the style sheet (http://www.theatlantic.com/include/tamnew.css) reveals that much of the text has a line-height specifed in addition to the font size. Playing around with the text zoom function seems to indicate that the font is changing size, but the line-height is remaining the same. Rmoving target milestone (since 0.9.6 had already been released when this bug was reoprted) Confirming, OS->all, allocating to DOM style.
