With e10s enabled.
STR:
1) Load a URL in a new tab in an existing window. Page loads and URL in location bar matches what is expected.
2) Detach tab by dragging it using the mouse. A new window will load having just one tab.
3) This tab's URL bar only has the subtext 'Search or enter address' and not the actual URL.

This has the additional problem that when the content process crashes, the tab cannot be restored since it seems the location bar URL is used.
i.e. after STR, get content process to crash somehow (killing the Web process in system task manager). now all tabs display the tabs crashed page, with a button to restore all tabs. Unfortunately there is no location for the detached tab, so it doesn't load the URL that was loaded before it crashed.
