* When the user right-clicks anywhere with no credentials saved for current domain, show a contextual menu item that opens the Saved Passwords door hanger listing all saved passwords.
* When the user right-clicks the page, username or password field when both username and password fields are detected, show a contextual menu item that will fill both the username and the password.
* In the rare case when the user right-clicks a password field with no username field detected, show a contextual menu item that will just fill the password field.
* In the extremely rare case when the user right-clicks username field when no password field is detected, show a contextual menu item that will just fill the username field.
