Details
Load a page that's long enough to scroll, like http://mozillazine.org/
Click the page to give it focus.
Hover the mouse over a tab, PT bookmark, or navbar stop/reload/back/etc, so
that when the tooltip apears, it is at least in part overlaping the
document area. ("docshell"?)
Hit pagedown to scroll down.
What happens:
docshell renders as all black for .5 seconds, before drawing new area
What should happen:
no/negligable differance from scrolling without the tooltip
If you hit pagedown again, it blacks out again, etc. Scrolling up works as well,
if you start at the bottom, and make the tooltip pop up there.
I often trigger this as I load a PT bookmark, and leave my mouse there to scroll
the the kb.

this seems fine to me in the latest windows and linux builds. I'm not seeing
any slowdown.

Now scrolling deletes the tooltip. Fine by me.
