Using release version of seamonkey (8/3/99)
Tested with mscott

The debug version of smtptext.exe works.
However, the release versions of smtptest.exe and pop3test.exe do not work ->
an error dialog comes up
"The procedure entry point ?NotYetImplemented@nsDebug@@SAXPBD0H@Z could not
be located in the DLL xpcom.dll"
