I want to propose that in the "helpful votes" graph on the kpi dashboard we also count each solution marked in the forum as one helpful vote, in order to better reflect the real situation... this might lead to the edge-case that a thread owner marks an answer as a solution and helpful as well, which would then be counted as helpful twice - however, since you could consider a solution as extra-helpful this might be justified anyway.

Yeah, we decided to do this for BuddyUp as well. I think it makes sense to count a "solved" vote as an upvote.
