Flame, base image v.188, 3.0 and latest OTA update.

STR

1. Download and install the latest OTA update.
2. Notice the black wallpaper.
3. Open Settings>Display>Wallpaper>Gallery
4. Choose a photo>Crop>Done
5. Notice the black wallpaper remains and the system shows "Something just crashed" or the wallpaper changes to the chosen one but the system shows the same.

Actual result
The black wallpaper remains and the system shows "Something just crashed" or the wallpaper changes to the chosen one but the system shows the same.

Expected result
The black wallpaper should change for the chosen photo. No "Something just crashed" should show.

I am also seeing this in the Message app - picking an attachment from the Gallery 

STR: 
1) Launch Message app
2) Select Paper-clip (attach)
3) Select Gallery
4) Select a picture > crop > done

Actual Result: A grey "Something just crashed" message appears at the bottom of the app (nothing appears to have crashed however).  This occurs 18/20.  4/18 repro's resulted in a gray image appearing in the MMS thread instead of a thumbnail.

Jeff, backed out 80a88a3badba for causing bug 1130086. bug 1130086 has the same regression window so this should be fixed on Monday's build.

This issue is verified fixed on Flame Master.

Result: No crash occurs when attaching a cropped photo to an MMS.
