Input collects data for a project called Heartbeat. The project plan is here:

However, there's no way to generate sample data in Fjord. That makes it difficult/impossible for non-Will people to work on Heartbeat bugs.
This bug covers adding sample data for Heartbeat.

Grabbing this one to do a half-ass job of it today because lacking this makes it hard to pass bugs off to other people.
