“Sign in to review” button does not work correctly

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev homepage (the user is signed out) https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org
2. Load details page for an app (except the ones you submitted)
3. Go to Reviews section
4. Click “Sign in to review” button
Expected results:
After Sign In, the “Leave a review” popup window appears.
Actual results:
After Sign In, nothing happens. Also the signing in success message is not displayed.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on MP-dev on FF38 (Win 7). Issue is also reproducing on FF OS 1.4

Verified as fixed on FF38 (win 7) and FF OS 1.4 (Inari)
