Details

Dragging & dropping a local html file on an e10s window will fail to load it (i.e. nothing happens). Dropping it on the URL bar will display the path to the file in the URL bar, but will also fail to load it. Both of these scenarios work fine in a non-e10s window and the local file will load properly.
