User Story

[M] I as a community manager would like to see a report listing new contributor who made their first contribution last week so that I can enter them in the tracking spreadsheet.

Acceptance Criteria:

* User can click the filter icon on any listing on the community hub
* Clicking the filter icon shows a pop-up 
* User can select “first contribution” as the filter category
* By default the date range is last week
* User can manually select the date range.
* Selecting the date range brings up the standard date range picker
* User can add more filters
* User can remove all filters by clicking on “remove all filters”
* User can remove a single filter by clicking on the “x” right next to it.
* User can click on “Search” to apply all filters
