1. From the dialer, call 911

Expected results
Like in previous version "911" should appear in red with the mention "Emergency number" below

Actual results
On the callscreen, 911 is displayed like a regular phone number instead of an emergency one. See screenshot for details. By the way, the screenshot is in Arabic, but I saw the issue in English too.
