Steps to reproduce:

Go to about:healthreport.
On the box near the top saying that "your browser seems to be running slower than usual", click the "detailed information" link.


Actual results:

With e10s enabled, a blank new tab opens.


Expected results:

The mozilla support page should show, as it does with e10s disabled.
