This is a recent regression, I think, since alarms used to work fine for couple of months
(so this is possibly something else than Bug 1031573).

So far it has always been later than it should be.

Without a logcat, there isn't much we can do. Can you find one next time it happens?
I'll try to remember to check.
Didn't catch the logcat, but looks like alarm clock alarms when either user activates the phone
or some other program activates it, like phone rings.
