1131588 - [Shinano] Use RIL blobs to be able to get ICCID

Accessing ICCID does not seems to be working with the current status. I could get it working with:
 - using rilproxy
 - reusing blobs for ril (ril, libril, librilutils, libreference-ril)

Hi Alexandre,

I don't quite get it. Why do we need to modify init.rc as http://pastebin.mozilla.org/8669985? I meant, I suppose rilproxy should have worked well (see gonk-misc/init.b2g.rc), otherwise I don't think other RIL functions could work. Mind explaining more?

From the code, init.rc doesn't import init.b2g.rc.  Therefore, rilproxy is not launched.

Better to directly handle this in bug 1133435 which will unify all the common blobs.
