The following Assert is failing: 21:11:31 INFO - Assertion failure: !mProgressTracker (Should have given mProgressTracker to mImage), at c:/builds/moz2_slave/m-in-w64-d-0000000000000000000/build/image/src/imgRequest.cpp:149 

I had a quick look at the code and it look like this may only happen if mIsMultiPartChannel && mImage != NULL. I presume that at some point mImage should have been NULL.

This is fixed on 39+ (see bug 1129538). But we can't realistically backport the patches that fixed it, so ni? myself to disable the test on affected branches instead.
