From Dashboard, when choosing to "Email my mentees" I also get Reps who used to be my mentees but it's been a while they have stepped down from being a Rep.

Probably, when the 'Alumni' functionality is pushed to the production instance, this problem will go away. Lets keep this bug open until we verify that's the case.

Verified on stage that when a user does not belong to the Rep group (eg Alumni), then this user is not listed in the 'Email my mentees' template.
